At Pennaire Filtration, we’ve recently completed an ASME/PED Process Reverse Jet Vent filter for use in Anthracite production on a Chemical Processing Plant in Germany.

This application required the use of a mixture of exotic materials including Grade 321H stainless Steel and Inconel Special Alloy 718, and included ATEX Zone 2GD stainless steel pulse cleaning equipment.

The bespoke design was engineered from our team of experienced process engineers out of our offices in Ellesmere Port, fabricated locally, tested, packed and shipped to our client.

The pressure filter was supplied fully certified with Notified Body certification including full radiography, PMI testing and required an hydrostatic pressure test at 49.92 barg. The vessel is supplied with full data dossier certification in accordance with the applicable code and clients requirements.
