Another exciting bespoke project completed! We recently designed and built a custom cyclonic dust collector tailored specifically for a dense phase pneumatic conveying system within the food industry.

Due to the unique requirements of this application, a standard high-efficiency cyclone wouldn’t be sufficient. To address this, our engineering team developed a custom Gr316 stainless steel cyclone with an increased barrel diameter, specifically designed to handle the significant solids load and prevent inundation.

This Pennaire pneumatic conveying cyclone effectively removes large volumes of solids from an airstream, where the solids to air ratio is particularly high, showcasing our engineering expertise and deep understanding of diverse industrial applications.
