FILTER HEADER TANKS & THE EUROPEAN PRESSURE EQUIPMENT DIRECTIVE

In 2002 the pressure equipment directive 97/23/EC became mandatory. This means that all compressed air manifold cylinders must carry a C.E. mark indicating conformity to this directive.


 

SUPPLY & REPLACEMENT

Pennaire stock a range of these cylinders which can be supplied as replacements on existing reverse jet bagfilters. Pennaire is able to provide a supply & replacement service, that releases the client from alterations of their existing plant including fitting. The header tanks are available in both mild & stainless steel.


 

FILTER TIMERS

Pennaire Filtration, can offer new and replacement filter timers with or without D.P. control and with or without integral solenoids for reverse jet bagfilters. A selection of arrangements are shown below but please call our spares department for a full selection available.


Timers can be supplied pre-wired, or as straight forward boards. Multiple input voltage of 24Vdc, 24Vac, 110Vac, & 220/240Vac and ouptputs of 24Vdc, 24Vac, 110Vac, 220Vac to solenoid valves. Other available options are: - 4.20mA D.P. output., D.P. alarms, & Remote start/stop from PLC.
