FILTRATION PROBLEMS

"WORK DONE FOR & THE BENEFITS CONFERRED ON ANOTHER"

Pennaire Filtration offers a full range of aftermarket services to support the operation of your dust control equipment regardless of make, model, age or design.

Regular inspections and maintenance will prolong the life of your dust control equipment and greatly reduce the possibility of costly breakdowns, down time and loss of production.

Analysing and optimizing equipment function and performance can lead to money saving initiatives and plant improvements. To ensure you achieve optimum performance and reliability from your dust control equipment at the lowest operating cost, it is important to know that the dust collector and system settings are matched to the on-site operating conditions.

Our service team are able to undertake filter bag changes on any make, model or design of dust control filter. Our extensive experience means we can change out any style of filter bag or cartridge element. We are trained and qualified to work at height. Whether you already have replacement filter media in stock or you would like us to supply and fit, we can arrange the filter media change to suit your requirements and have your filter back on line in the shortest possible time.

Existing Filtration Problems

In today’s competitive world of processing, the demand to meet customer deadlines and to maximise profits can mean that equipment is often kept running at full capacity, and sometimes beyond. As a consequence product collection or dust control filters tend to receive the least routine attention because often being at the end of a system, they can be tucked away out of sight or on top of the highest silo. Yet filtration systems can have a profoundly detrimental effect on the operation of the plant if not checked, cleaned and changed regularly.

New Filtration Problems

New filter media may not always increase efficiency but can cause problems if installed without the correct engineering adjustments to the rest of the system. There are many instances where simple adjustments to other parts of a system, or the identification of a separate, upstream maintenance requirement, can avoid the unnecessary expense of replacing filter media.

Consultation with Proven Experience

Plant operators should consult Pennaire when deciding whether to upgrade, convert or rebuild an existing filter. With a proper understanding of the full engineering requirements, engineers can retrofit many modern filtration products to older systems: this includes clean-side bag removal (for cleaner change outs and reduced operator exposure); Pleated elements or cartridges (to give increased filter area without the need for a larger casing); quick-release bag fixings (for faster change outs).

Speaking to one of the technical sales team at Pennaire Filtration Ltd regarding any of your existing, new or potential problems can result in obtaining the correct course of action in the most expedient and cost effective manner.
