Collectors (CPC). Cyclonic Product Collectors (cyclones) are used widely in all aspects of material collection, and Pennaire have a huge range of high efficiency cyclone collectors for these requirements. Manufactured in many different types of material to suit specific applications.
 

Cyclonic Separation Theory. Spiralling action of the dust laden gas inducted by the inlet volute effectively adds G-force weight to the solids. This alters the relationship between the particles and the velocity required to keep them airborne (Known as the saltation velocity). As the effective mass of the particles increases, they will drop out of suspension and be discharged from the collection hopper.
